This Beautiful Historic Jazz-era was built in 1922, providing full ocean and Queen Mary views. located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. We are located minutes away from beautiful beaches and Shoreline Marina area. Highly desirable area. The studio features high speed wifi, Fully stocked kitchen, upgraded appliances and bathroom. One Full size sofa bed along with one Twin Air Mattress that comfortably accommodates three guest. Dedicated work station and lots of natural lighting. No shared walls making this unit very private. This is a super cute unique property that you must see to believe! Whether its for work or play, Come relax and enjoy a beautiful Beach Lifestyle.
