Accessed by an outdoor staircase, there is also a furnished rooftop deck with incredible 360-degree views! As you enter the first floor's open-concept living area, you are greeted by beachy decor in light and bright hues of blue and white. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a TV with cable and a DVD player, a stereo with a CD player, and open shelving with a generous selection of DVDs and books. From the living area, you can access the large screened porch with plenty of seating and a dining table for four. Inside there is a farm-style dining table that comfortably seats six.
