Neighbourhood information

Beautiful, newly built, spacious and relaxing entire townhome centrally located in developing westside San Antonio; walking distance to Alazan trail and minutes from Downtown, The Pearl, Woodlawn Lake; close to Sunset Station, AT&T Center, and Fort Sam Houston. Easy access to IH 35, I-37, 281, and I-10. This is an established neighborhood and one of the older areas of the city with mostly older homes and some new construction; there is some pedestrian traffic.
