Enjoy a peaceful stay with the whole family at this beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house located in a quiet neighborhood. House features King suite, 2 Queen bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the backyard patio. Spend the days at Navarre Beach- just 3 miles away, or visit attractions of nearby Gulf Breeze, Destin and Fort Walton Beach. House is a few minutes away from Walmart and wonderful restaurants. Front door is equipped with an electronic touchpad deadbolt for your convenience and safety. We will provide you with a 4-digit combination prior to arrival. We also have a Ring doorbell that has a camera sensor and a speaker for you to communicate with us upon arrival, if necessary. We will be available to communicate over the phone during a daytime.
The house is located in the secluded low traffic neighborhood overviewing a forest area. Sometimes the wildlife can be observed across the street such as deer, bears, and rabbits. Please be aware we are located in a military community and sometimes that means the fast-paced training results in loud booms from training exercises and low-flying aircraft. Although it happens infrequently, we apologize for any inconvenience this may possibly cause during your stay as it is something that affects every home in Navarre and is beyond our control. The house includes a 2 car garage with 2 additional parking spots on the driveway. It is a U-shaped drive through due to the city drainage. Please exercise caution while parking. House is 1 mile away from Walmart supercenter and 3 miles from the beach and very many really good restaurants.
