The beautiful kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a new dishwasher (September 2023), overlooks St. Waves Lake, offering an excellent view while you prepare meals on the custom concrete countertops. Serve up snacks at the large center island breakfast bar while engaging in light conversation or watching your favorite TV shows from the entertainment area that has a brand-new sectional couch with a large ottoman (September 2023). Cool off after a day in the sun with newly installed central air-conditioning on both levels (May 2023) and keep your laundry fresh with the newly installed washing machine and dryer (October 2023). Enjoy cooking out with the provided gas grill and chilling at the tiki bar, both located at ground level below the house. Use the outdoor enclosed shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is also a bonus bedding arrangement in the day room for additional sleeping space; the trundle bed can be expanded into a king bed to maximize sleeping space.
