All your cares disappear when you gaze at the sea from your Sands Shamrock balcony. Located at Milepost 7, The Sands is an Oceanfront Complex, complete with a swimming pool. Close to shops and restaurants, these condos offer all you will need for a great vacation. Sands Shamrock is a third floor unit with a private oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy wonderful sunrises and sunsets like you've never seen before. Go to sleep with the sound of the ocean as your neighbor! There are on-site laundry facilities and outside showers. This beautifully furnished condo, with new carpet throughout, has 2 TV's, VCR, stereo w/cd, deck furniture and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN COMPLEX. NO SMOKING IN THE COMPLEX, FINES WILL BE APPLIED.
