This immaculate waterfront home is large enough for the extended family and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, less than a mile from Duke's Creek Marina, close to restaurants, and near Lake Anna State Park. The water is 8-10’ off the dock; Cocktail Cove and beach volleyball are short trips away; water is calm enough for standup paddle boarding; wide open access to main lake for tubing and water skiing.

 The home has a huge boat house, including a covered dining area with a TV and an uncovered sundeck where you can easily work on your tan after a refreshing dip in the lake's sparkling waters. Bring your own boat and dock it at the boathouse – boat launch at Duke’s Creek Marina less than a mile away.
