This place is the perfect alternative to crowded beachside resorts. You get a swimming pool to yourself, with maximum privacy, in addition to lots of space and a bbq for your grilling needs. Going to the beach will most likely cost you what you would have paid in extra dollars at a beachside/beachfront property (an Uber to Siesta Key and Lido beaches will cost an average of $15 – which goes up by about $10 after 10pm). Walking to the beach or privacy and a pool all to yourself at $30-40 a day to get to the beach? You choose.
