Property information

This majestic home, Sandcastles, has vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open to a spacious lanai. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you may need to prepare a Hawaiian meal. A BBQ grill, downstairs lanai area, and gated beach gear await you at Sandcastles. A spacious living room has a large TV, free WiFi, and a stereo system. The extra-large, beautifully landscaped yard makes for a great place to sprawl out, take strolls, or host an event. Aliomanu Beach is conveniently located on the East Shore of Kauai in Anahola. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> There is intermittent construction on the road leading to the home, the road is in desperate need of repair due to ocean erosion. The road is periodically closed between 8-3 during the week. If the road is closed, parking is available at the beach, and the guest would need to walk to the home. No events allowed. Any event or party exceeding the max guest count is subject to a 5000 dollars fine. This vacation home is located in the tsunami evacuation zone. This rental is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC.
