Cottage can sleep 10-12 with 3 bedrooms that sleep 6, loft area with a double bed and futon & double size futon in front room. Enjoy coffee in the morning & drinks in the evening with a lakeview! We have propane fire table on the deck with table with 4 chairs plus an extra 6 chairs. It is a 2 minute walk to Rye beach-sandy beach for swimming and playground for the kids.
