When you are not exploring the city sights, take a 20-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. Start your mornings with coffee on the river-view balcony, offering views of Battleship North Carolina. Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) LIVING AREA Enjoy a movie night in the living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa and a 36inch flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped plenty of cookware and a suite of appliances (except for a dishwasher). BED & BATH This condo sleeps four guests between one bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The peaceful bedroom has a queen-size bed and 32inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Take in views of the Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina from the private balcony, which provides a bistro table for two.
