Welcome to Good Hotels Downtown Denver. This outstanding location is right by Union Station. Check-in is from 3 pm and checkout time is 11 AM Kindly note that during the winter season, the availability of hot water for showers and sinks may be delayed or not available as it takes some time to generate the required temperature with just one source. Only portable heater are available per room We have a virtual 24/7 desk available at all times. This is a self-check-in reservation. 
Guest will receive a link via text to complete the 3 pre-arrival check-in steps prior to arrival. Once fully submitted, the full set of check-in instructions will be provided. The hot tub is out of order. Please note that apartment fixtures including but not limited to furniture items, wall decorations, and small items may change from time to time as wear and tear requires replacements. The photos are representative of the space and are a guide, layout may slightly vary. Please be aware that our property is located above a vibrant nightclub and bar, typically open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays/special events. The nightclub operates from 6 pm to 2 am, with Sunday hours until midnight. We kindly ask guests to consider this lively atmosphere before making a booking decision. The upper floor is accessible by stairs only, there is no elevator in the building. Pets are allowed, but only one pet per room (there is a pet fee) Kindly be mindful of the building's historical significance, especially regarding the plumbing and piping system. Please refrain from disposing of toilet paper in the toilet, as it may lead to blockages. Instead, we provide a designated bin for this purpose. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
