We have a virtual 24/7 desk available at all times. This is a self-check-in reservation. 
Guest will receive a link via text to complete the 3 pre-arrival check-in steps before arrival. Once fully submitted, the full set of check-in instructions will be provided. -Please note that there's no working TV in the living room. Only the bedroom TV works Please note that apartment fixtures including but not limited to furniture items, wall decorations, and small items may change from time to time as wear and tear requires replacements. The photos are representative of the space and are a guide, layout may slightly vary. If you plan to enjoy the Gym & Swimming pool amenities, you will need to download the VIZpin Smart app and submit your access request at least one day prior to your intended use. Please note this listing is in a warmer part of the USA therefore you may see bugs from time to time. This can include any and all bugs, insects, or critters. Bug spray is provided under the sink in the kitchen and if you need any more please ask! Pets are allowed, (there is a pet fee)
