We had an absolutely perfect stay here! Plenty of space for four adults and three kids, with the master suite on the main level and three rooms downstairs. So convenient to be able to walk to the beach (c. 12 min) and with a bus stop nearby, some of us got away with not using the car all the time. The house has everything you might need for a great break, including beach equipment, tons of board games, multiple TVs, and an old-school Nintendo. Tiffany was a super host, always available to answer questions. We appreciated the book of info and the treats that she left for us (including vegan cookies, yum). We can't wait to go back!

Welcome to Cerca del Playa! Take the .7mi stroll to one of the best beaches in SoCal from this 1900sqft home. Perfect for family, friends, or business travelers alike! Prime location with easy access to the Village, LJ Shores, Birch Aquarium, UCSD, UTC Shopping & amazing restaurants. Open floor plan boasts an entry level master bedroom, large living room with vaulted ceilings, balcony, and a fireplace. Two additional bedrooms & a game room/bedroom downstairs. Paradise found, fun times abound!
Check in and out remotely. The door lock is a key pad. I will send you the lock info on your check in day. We live in the community so if you need anything please let us know!
Prime location with easy access to the Village, LJ Shores, Birch Aquarium, UCSD, UTC Shopping & amazing restaurants.
