The house is nestled in a great community in walking distance to Jim Miller park: Home of the North Georgia State Fair. We are 20 minutes away from Cumberland Mall and the Battery. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from restaurants, bars, grocery stores and local gyms. Get a touch of southern charm in Downtown Marietta. We are also centrally located to both Cobb Wellstar Hospital and Kennestone hospital. You will want to bring or rent a car when staying here for trips into the city. There are also some restaurants and grocery stores nearby that you could walk too if desired. This listing has free on-site parking for up to 4 cars.
