Featuring a gorgeous, sunny, private patio, this spacious, bright and spotless one bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium is a perfect getaway for a couple, or a business traveler looking for a little peace after a busy day. Set far back from a quiet street with a glorious panorama of flowering bougainvillea, palm trees and mature shade trees this one-of-a-kind, secluded property is a peaceful haven. The space The large, bright, well equipped kitchen area features a breakfast table with 4 chairs, appliances include a large stainless steel refrigerator, blender, toaster oven and 4 slice toaster, built in microwave, dishwasher, compact washer/dryer, full electric stove/oven, complete set of pots and pans, dishes and glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, serving and salad bowls. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil and vinegar, etc... The spacious, light filled 25'x17' living/dining room includes a dining table for 6, couch, love seat and chair, a 40" television, dvd player, Cox Cable television with 130+ channels plus 4 premium channels including HBO, Cinemax, Starz and Cox On Dem
