You need only head downstairs and walk out the door to be on the Ocean City Boardwalk at Polynesian 309, an oceanfront condo in the very heart of town. As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and fantastic views from both the oceanfront living room and balcony. You can prepare breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen each morning, bring your plates outside to the bistro table on the balcony, and sip your coffee in a rocking chair overlooking the beach. At night, there's a TV in the living room, as well as a second flatscreen, a new bed, and new furnishings in the bedroom (2021). The Polynesian is an oceanfront building located right on the boardwalk between 3rd and 4th Streets.
