This first floor unit with keyless entry is easily accessible, although there are stairs into the front of the building. When you walk into the building, the unit is on the left. You'll enter into an open living and dining area. A hallway off the dining room leads to the bathroom, one of two bedrooms and the kitchen. The second bedroom is to the left off the kitchen. The back door/rear common stairwell leads to the fenced lawn and patio area, which is shared by guests and tenants. Guests may park in the lot to the North of the building (on left when facing front of building). You'll have access to the entire unit, back stairwell and fenced yard/patio.

We're minutes away from all arterial highways. There are usually LIME scooters right outside the front door or nearby and Uber/Lyft knows the building well. Tulsa Transit, the city's bus system, also is an affordable and convenient option.
