Peterson's Waterfront Resort - Large 3 story townhouse with 2 car garage & boat/RV garage on the first level. This beautiful prime resort has 400' of waterfront with boat dock, buoys, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, & hot tub. All amenities at no cost (subject to availability and charge if decided by the resort management). Two Master Suites ensure comfort and luxury. One of the master bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub. A balcony off each Master Suite compliments the spacious deck by the living area. The guest room & bath are on the second level and the second Master Suite is on the third level along with a large loft with additional beds and vewing area. TV's available in every room. Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gas grill on the deck completes the gourmet kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sitting area and dining area. Just a few minutes walk to downtown Chelan's famous restaurants, bars & shopping. NOTE: Service fee is collected to cover local taxes. DEPOSIT: We collect 500 Dollars refundable deposit prior to check in. This can be fully refundable. PETS: All Pets need host approval and 150 dollars non refundable fee prior to check-in.
This property is new for us as owners however Lake Chelan by far has been my favorite place to visit year after year, over 18 years living in Pacific North West. We call it the Interlaken of America. It has everything you need to have a fun and fulfilling vacation. We have 2 kids and both have an amazing experience each time we visit Chelan. We hope whoever stays at our place will fall in love with this beautiful city like we have.
Lake Chelan is a four season resort community. Regardless of when you choose to come there is a wide selection of activities to entertain anyone in your group. From touring the upper reaches of Lake Chelan to snowmobiling the backcountry above the lake. There is something for everyone! You can sit back and watch the activity on the lake or take off from our private dock to enjoy and explore.
