First thing: step into the kitchen to make some refreshments and look out over the Sacarma Bay to the Atlantic Ocean, American Shoals lighthouse, and Sugarloaf Key in the distance. Head outside to the covered patio overlooking the water, or walk down to the dock to discover an array of tropical reef fish. It’s perfect for an early morning snorkel or a trip on one of the home's five kayaks. For guests interested in bringing a boat, the house has easy access to the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living area filled with lots of comfortable furniture, beautiful floors, and an open concept that helps to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
