Come visit Park Avenue in Foley, AL, for a relaxing stay in all the luxury. The kitchen has been totally updated with all stainless steel appliances, where you can enjoy cooking with new tech appliances. For outdoor grill lovers, there is a campsite style grill located near the gazebo. If using your own portable grill, it must be 10' away from the gazebo area only (cannot be used around pool, or other locations). Experience the comfort of this 3 bedroom first floor unit today. The patio is a great place to relax with built-in blinds for year round comfort. This is a NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING unit. There is no smoking/vaping inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. No pets allowed. If signs of a pet is found in unit the fine is USD 500.00 Must be 25 years of age to rent. STRICTLY ENFORCED
