Thank you for considering our beautiful property. Before booking, please note that we do not allow 1 night stays at our properties. We will also require a rental agreement to be signed as well as a deposit hold of 100. You must also provide a photo prior to entry. All guests must be registered, with full names, with us in order to enter our property. Each guest must agree to the following prior to booking: ➢ No smoking anywhere at this entire complex property, not even on the patio. ➢ No glass at the amenities ➢ Check-in time is 4:00 PM or after. ➢ Check-out time is 11:00 AM or earlier. This includes the parking space. ➢ Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee of a full night's rate you paid for each 15 min past the check-out time. (Our schedule is VERY tight, so please respect our time). ➢ No parties, events, birthdays, celebratory events, or gatherings of any kind in the unit or at ANY of the complex common areas. ➢ No additional or unauthorized guests in the unit or invited to "hang out" in the common areas that are not listed on your reservation and without prior approval. Cannot exceed listing capacity. ➢ No 3rd party bookings are allowed unless pre-approved. The booking person must be the one that initially checks into the unit and is staying. ➢ Amenity Closures/Non-functioning - We are not responsible or financially liable in the event of sudden or routine repairs or maintenance on any of the complex amenities or anywhere outside of the unit itself that requires the closure of said amenities. Palacio Properties does not own or control the complex amenities. ➢ For your safety, we have an exterior only Ring Doorbell Cam & decibel monitors to monitor noise levels. Thank you, and we look forward to hosting your stay. ➢ Any violation of the above rules will be cause for immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund and a 100 fine for each occurrence.
