We invite you to come stay at our modern townhome on the Back 40 trail system and Brittany golf course. The Metfield complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball court, basketball court, bicycle pump track, and bike skills course is within an easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the Rago & Mulligan trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs! We are pet friendly with a fee (details below). Our newly remodeled home is a short drive to downtown Bentonville (~15 minutes), and right in the action of all the amenities of Bella Vista. The downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed with soft sheets and 50" smart TV. The upstairs bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has a unique wood feature wall and a full bathroom right next to it. The downstairs shower is fully tiled with 2 rainshower heads and a live-edge wood vanity. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen features a custom concrete countertop and modern stainless sink. The appliances are all updated, and the refrigerator has an ice maker. We are fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, blender, crock pot, coffee pot, Keurig, tea kettle, spices, and baking basics. For those who dabble in Netflix we have a 75" smart TV in the living room to watch your favorite shows. Please note that we do not have traditional cable, however both TVs have the capability to stream live shows if you login with your personal cable/satellite provider. The upstairs play loft is the ultimate in FUN! It has a desk for coloring, building blocks, magnetic marble track, toys, and games for all ages! The home is split level with one bedroom/bathroom upstairs, and one bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Our townhome is pet-friendly with restrictions. Your furry companion must be housebroken, more than 2 years old, and less than 50 pounds. Please inquire if you have any questions!

My husband, Eric, and I are very active people. We love to mountain bike. We have two kids who are the joy of our lives. We dabble in triathlon. We occasionally run. We always play Mario Kart. We love to travel. We can't handle spicy foods, but we try anyway. We find that snowboarding, big city wandering, and kiteboarding are good pastimes. We spend way too much time driving around in our electric car listening to fascinating audiobooks. That pretty much sums us up. We live locally and are available via message/text anytime!

Our neighborhood is a very safe and peaceful place. There's always someone out for a nice walk! A car is a good idea, but if you want to get to downtown Bentonville by bike you can easily do that via trails :)
