This designer two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome offers superb walkability to the coast, Coligny Plaza, and world-famous golf courses. Your stylish two-story getaway features a charming private deck and a luxurious all-suite layout. Enjoy access to three seasonal pools and a tennis court on-site. The spacious living area serves as the social heart of the home, detailed with a sectional, desk, and a 65-inch TV. The pristine kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware to create delectable meals. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with room for four. When it's time to eat, the dining table also accommodates four. This two-story townhome sleeps four guests in two suites. Sleep soundly in the peaceful primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, a 40-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest suite is furnished with a twin and a full-size bed, plus a 40-inch TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.
