Host Information

Fully equipped private 1 bedroom blocks from DT Ocean Beach and the water! Large patio, with swing and dining space. Large bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Newly renovated with Mediterranean details. Beach equipment and bikes provided upon request! Short term and long term stays welcomed.
The property is 10 min walk down to Newport avenue's main attractions and the OB pier. 15 min walk to beautiful Sunset Cliffs. While we are located in the heart of Ocean Beach, we are perched up on a hill on a residential street (very quiet). Great street views of the water and sunset! OB is perfect for a fun San Diego adventure. Close to airport and downtown SD (15 min). Seaworld nearby, with views of fireworks. Mission Beach is 15 min drive and La Jolla is 25 min drive.
