This great condo is just a short walk to San Clemente's North Beach, a beach trail on the northern side of San Clemente with a play area on the sand for kids. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Two parking spots on the driveway are available (tandem-style) and parking is also available on the street. Please check the signs for street sweeping times.
