Without providing too much detail, I want all to know that this host / manager cares. First then 5 and 1/2 to 6 months a year on the road so needless to say I spend a lot of money and time and different vacation rentals or airbnbs. From my experiences many times or to say more times than not it seems that the property managers care about one thing, money; and forgo the entire hospitality element. Some worse then others, but none like this.
