This Newly built 2020, Condo building sits on a spectacular location of the vibrant OTR: where all the fun & excitement is just a stone throw away. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware & utensils. Condo offers high-speed WiFi, SmartTV with Roku 4Streaming. 1 Free-Assigned OnSite Parking in a gated lot. Private entry & patio area. Space is furnished with plush bedding, toiletries, extra blankets, cleaning & sanitation supplies for daily needs. Free coffee & reamer + tea & honey + snacks & H2o. simply ENJOY~
Love to eat, sleep, travel and have my TV time! I am always available via phone, text, & email. I live in the area and happy to meet & greet our guests when needed. =)
OTR has transformed into a very lively & vibrant part of downtown Cincy. Many local artist & boutique shops are scattered up & down the popular Main, Walnut, Vine, & Elm St. You can find amazing restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops at all corners. There are plenty of activities in the surrounding Washington Park, Ziegler Park & Pool, Court Street Shops, & the Pendleton Art District. **walking distance to many desired places **can hop on the cincy bell connector: 1 block away **scooters & bike rentals are available @the Garage OTR ( I love their segway tours ) **0.75–1 mile uber ride to the Bank: a riverfront area of downtown **cross over the Ohio river to northern KY, ( 2-2.5miles) for more restaurants & entertainment @Newport on the Levee, downtown Covington, and Mainstrasse Village----there are walkable and bikeable bridges connecting OH to NKY
