I like short term renting to guest who are interested in a clean quiet place fully equipped that feels like a home away from home.

Property information

You will love this short term stay. Has 2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms penthouse unit. Kitchen is fully equipped like at home. Washer and dryer central air with heating. There are 3 tv with WiFi each bedroom has a bathroom with shower. Rooftop deck has a grill mini fridge tables and chairs outdoor furniture and a tv.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is great. A quiet location a few blocks from a popular college walks away from markets and stores 10 min from downtown Philly which has many of Philly most attractive areas
