This peaceful guesthouse was recently constructed in a perfect location. Located just 2 miles outside of downtown and 7 miles from Wrightsville Beach, you can easily enjoy all things Wilmington has to offer. Catch a concert at Live Oak Pavilion, shop the Cargo District or see the sunset on the very South end of Wrightsville beach then end your day on the back treehouse-like deck with a glass of wine. This small guesthouse makes a superb stay for couples or someone traveling for business.
The neighborhood is very close to downtown. Central to beaches, Independence mall, Mayfaire Shopping center. This street is relatively quiet-coming off the main road, follow the driveway past the main house to the guesthouse.
