The most convenient location in all of Deerfield Beach! Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops & more from this completely renovated modern oasis. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, workspace, fully furnished kitchen, dining area, laundry room & free parking. Features a master suite, king size bed, TV & on suite bath. 2 more beds in the 2nd bedroom & 2 sofa beds in the living room. It includes a wonderfully landscaped private fenced yard, grill, patio, outdoor furniture, & lighting.

The Cove neighborhood in Deerfield Beach stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway to US-1 and from Hillsboro Blvd. to the border of Lighthouse Point to the South. The neighborhood contains a number of waterfront single-family homes on protected canals as well as the Intracoastal. Located between the Boca Raton Inlet and the Hillsboro Inlet the waterfront properties in the Cove are popular with boaters and fishermen who like the easy and quick ocean access. The accessibility to shopping and restaurants is another benefit of this desirable neighborhood. The beach is also very accessible and is just a short walk or bike ride over the bridge at Hillsboro Blvd. Within mins from your doorstep you can walk to the beach, the supermarket, pharmacies, banks, the gym, restaurants, breakfast bars, coffee shops, bike and beach rental equipment, and so much more. We are also partnered with a local shuttle service to local restaurants from Monday through Saturday, upon availability. If you need to drive, there are plenty of free and paid parking options in the area.
