When you stay here you are just feet away from some of Knoxville's best eateries, shops, theaters, and football! Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square! • 55-inch smart tv in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. • Luxurious mattresses • Fully equipped kitchen • Regular coffee maker • Free Parking Pass • Gym on the basement floor • The free parking lot is about 3 blocks away There are a total of 4 beds available including 2 queens, a large couch that 1 adult can comfortably sleep on, and a new self-inflating 22-inch deep queen-size air mattress! *** PLEASE NOTE- This apartment building is being turned into condos. So there are some transitions that will be taking place. In October, this rental will move to the 1st floor to a unit with an identical floor plan.
