Property information

Beautiful apartment, located in the Beach Walk complex, in the Hallandale area, meters from the beach, in a shopping and restaurant area. Top-level amenities: pool, parking, gym, beach service included. There is no resort fee charged for the use of amenities It has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two double beds, two full bathrooms, living room with dining room with a sofa bed, kitchen, washing machine, balcony. Equipped with towels, sheets and complete dishes. It has parking (separate, if desired) for 28 dollars per day and beach service included.

The Hallandale area is one of the most beautiful in Miami. It has a shopping mall, shops, bars, supermarket a few meters away. The beaches and modern buildings make the location a privileged place In Miami it is always convenient to rent a car. The building has a valet parking service, which simplifies the use of the car and its parking.
