Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and spacious place with a great view of the Eisenhower park and golf course. There is a joggers trail right across the road that you can use for a pleasant walk or a quick workout. The house has 4 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a coffee room that has a convertible sofa-bed so it can double down as an additional bedroom. There is a nice yard with a patio and outdoor furniture if you would like to spend some quality time outdoors. A high speed fiber optic internet is included. There is enough free parking space for 2-3 cars in the driveway and additional free parking is available on the street.
This central Long Island neighborhood is one that is both quaint and lively. You will see people jogging on the trail next to the golf course or walking their pets. The place is just 40 min to NYC by car and less than 2 miles from Roosevelt Mall at Garden City, heart of Long Island’s best shopping and dining experience. Multiple food chains such as Chipotle, McD, Chick-fil-a, Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, etc. are just a 5 min car ride or a 10 min stroll away. You can park your car either on the street or in the double driveway which has plenty of room for 4 cars. The best way to explore and get around is in your car. If you want to commute to Manhattan / NYC, a car ride will take you approx 40 mins (no traffic conditions) or more depending on the traffic. Westbury Long Island rail road station is 5-7 min car/Uber ride from the house.
