This luxurious, modern smart home features 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms, a 78 inch Samsung big screen TV, surround sound, ping pong table, cornhole, foosball, bbq, and more! Perfect for large groups! 2 separate houses with outdoor dining area! The front home features 4 of the bedrooms and bathrooms along with the main kitchen, while the back home / garage house features the remaining 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. Near Downtown, Minute Maid, TDEC stadium, the Houston Zoo, Parks, and more!!! There are 4 queen beds, 2 full over full bunk bed (note: Top bunk has a 400 pound weight capacity), 2 sofas that convert to a full bed. 2 queen air mattresses are also available for a total of 8 beds and 2 air mattresses.
