We’re native Oregonians in a family of 7 with 16 grandchildren and counting! Coming from a large family, hosting is native to us and we love it! Lonny and I first built our home, 20 years ago, and his love for building and interior design of homes has taken us to where we are now. This charming cottage is all yours! Close to OSU and Corvallis, this 3 bed, 1 bath home is fully furnished with a kitchen, living room, dining area and washer/dryer! One King, and 2 queens with window AC units. Enjoy a meal al fresco on the covered patio or curl up on the couch with a movie. Is great for students during interim, visiting families, and working professionals. Available for short term or long term monthly stays. Please inquire for longer stay rates. Extra Guests: The listing is priced at two people, each additional overnight guest is only 20 pp/nt. This helps us keep it low for all the 2 person travelers, but flexible for adding others if needed. When you enter the correct number of travelers, it will give you the correct pricing *****Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too. There is a pet fee for dogs. Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. We ask for compliance in a few house rules: * Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! * Do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We do offer a Rover Service if you need to be gone and need care for your pet. Ask us about it. * DO NOT allow them onto the bedroom carpets. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. When the carpet was pulled up, there were MANY pet stains. All owners say the same thing about their pets. “They are well house trained”. * If you are staying in the properties with floor rugs, please roll them up and put to the side. This is in your best interest. Pets DO pee on the rugs when you not looking. Trust us on this! * Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided to ensure compliance. * Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you
