We liked the location, easy to get to anywhere along the coast. Relatively quiet area. Host was excellent and patient while helping with a TV issue. Instructions provided in advance and in the condo were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely, two bedroom, second and third floor condominium located in the highly desired Madeira Beach Yacht Club. It is just across the road to the beautiful powdery white sand beach. The air-conditioned condo is fully furnished with a King-size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is huge! There is ample room for an air mattress (one is provided) for extra sleeping options. The second bedroom has two single twin beds. You'll also find the couch serves as a sleeper sofa.
We bought the property due to its great location and great area beaches.
Madeira Beach is in the Clearwater/ St. Pete region - consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the US! Updated bathrooms on both levels of the condo, an updated kitchen with every amenity you desire for your home cooked meals and blazing fast free Wi-Fi throughout the condo to stay connected with everyone back at home. The upstairs bathroom includes a full-size washer and dryer. A lovely porch to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or sip a cocktail. Steps from one of the pools at the community. Plenty of parking close to the condo. The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is close to Madeira Beach’s finest white sand beach at Archibald Memorial Beach Park complete with its own snack bar, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Watch the dolphins or fish from the new pier and experience the spectacular sunsets on the beach. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private, gated well-kept facility. The property has a clubhouse with a small, well-equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and billiards room. It also has two outdoor heated swimming pools, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and benches and several fishing piers. The perfect location of this unit is equally close
