Welcome to this brand new luxury townhome perfect for that get-away you've been trying to plan with your close ones! Only a short drive away from downtown (15 min), Pensacola Beach (25 min), and conveniently near Publix, restaurants, retail and the interstate makes this the perfect place for you to come enjoy everything beautiful Pensacola, FL has to offer. This townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, an open floor plan, washer&dryer and it's just a short walk away from the community pool.
