Welcome to Luxury 2 story house 9 guests with Swimming Pool including a play area, safely located in amazing location with short distances (less 6 minutes) from stores, CVS, 7-11, restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs. Outside covered Pool with BBQ Grill and play area including Billard Table, Foosball table, Domino Table and Dart Board with sticky balls, and patio Fire Pit Set with table and 4 Swivel Rockers Perfect for extensive families or friends looking to relax, entertain and enjoy the best of Tampa. We provide internet and Netflix. Pack-n-play and a highchair available Observations: Beside I rent a private studio rented annexed to a house, no connection, completely private. Impact windows in bedrooms providing a significant amount of sound reduction. House completely private only for guests, no shared spaces, or views. Parking up to 3 vehicles, the neighborhood allows free street parking for visits. The pool’s color is green. "Parties and events can be allowed, with cover fee and written permission from host." ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE. 2 outdoor camera recording with movements for security situations. No indoor Cameras. AMENITIES: Pack-n-play and a highchair available Tea & Coffee, Chocolate, Sugar, and some Coffee Syrup Body Wash / Shampoo / Soap / Conditioner Netflix available Guest Access: Keyless entry with padlock. The code will be provided on the day of arrival. For security purposes we change the code after every check-out. The guest has full access to the home, it is completely private. Parking is permitted for only 3 cars in the driveway, the driveway is shared with the studio. The neighborhood allows free street parking for visits.
