Take a cool dip in the expansive community swimming pool on the southwest corner of this soundfront property, or simply lay back in a lounge chair to catch some rays and read a book by the poolside. Venture down to the shoreline of the Roanoke Sound and cast a line from the community dock to catch your own dinner of local blue crabs or hit the water with your kiteboard or kayak. When you're ready to visit the beautiful Nags Head beaches for an afternoon of fun in the sun, hop in the car and head just a quarter-mile down the road to the other end of Gray Eagle Street, where you'll find a public beach access with plenty of free parking, an in-season lifeguard station and a wooden walkway leading over the dunes to the wide stretch of sand
