Friendly, quiet studio apartment in Historical Seminole Heights area of Tampa. Studio apartment has a separate entrance. The neighborhood is very centrally located with a river park at one end of the road and a full-size park at the other end of the road. Great neighborhood to walk and bike. It is very family friendly. Close to unique restaurants and bars. The area has antique shops to browse. Close to Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens, Downtown, and our world-renowned Airport.
Quiet, conveniently located historic neighborhood. It is located a few miles due north of downtown. It is great for biking and walking. A park is located at both ends of Otis Ave. Bus Service is available, but is a several block walk to the closest station. HART's bus line number 1 is the closest and is on Florida Ave. A car is recommended, but the bus system is extensive.
