Property information

Stay right in the heart of vibrant downtown in this two-story loft that comfortably accommodates 1-6 guests in an open floor plan with walls of windows. This home offers a stylish yet economical way to enjoy all that downtown Austin has to offer. SLEEPING: This open floor plan loft has two sleeping areas upstairs. One space has a king-size bed and a futon, and the other has two twin-size beds (which can be combined into a king upon request). There is also a twin air mattress available for the 6th guest. EATING: Use the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for meal preparation or walk to some of Austin's best restaurants. There is a dining area that can be used for meetings or meals. PET FRIENDLY: We allow only dogs as long as they are a combined weight that is not to exceed 60lbs. We do also charge an extra fee per pet/per night fee with a signed pet agreement. PARKING: Parking passes for the attached parking garage are available for an additional fee and are sold separately. Please inquire about rates.

DOWNTOWN LIVING. This home is right on 6th Street so you have direct access to one of the most popular streets in the 'Live Music Capitol of the World' where there are countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you don't feel like going out, many local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores deliver to this building, including the flagship Whole Foods Market.  This is a great location and a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Austin – you can be a part of it all! While this is a super convenient location, it is definitely not quiet. The bars, restaurants, and music venues do stay open until 2 am or later. If this does not seem like the Top Fit for you, we do have other homes in quieter neighborhoods.
