The home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood but very conveniently situated close to Rupp Arena and Downtown. It’s a walking distance to the UK campus/Chandler Hospital, Kroger Field, Saint Joseph Hospital, Golf Course, and many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Lexington is home to the University of Kentucky and the heart of the thoroughbred industry, with pretty Victorian neighborhoods, garden-clad historic properties and small distilleries which speckle the compact downtown.
