Historic cabin nestled in the incredibly peaceful mountain community of Sugar Pine. Originally built in the 1890's, this cabin served as the Sugar Pine Lumber Company's office for several decades, and still holds all of its charm. Travel to the mountains and get an authentic cabin experience. Some great features of this historical gem include: - 30x30 ft. great room perfect to entertain everyone  - Brand new hot tub installed June 2022 - Custom made propane outdoor firepit - Walking distance to Lewis Creek Trail (one of the most popular in the area) - 8 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite! The cabin got a new central AC added in late July 2022! The first time in 130 years of the cabin's existence :) The cabin has 3 flat parking spaces (rare in Sugar Pine), in case people drive separately. Bedding Configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom - One Cal King Bed w/en suite bathroom and one rollaway Single Bed in closet Bedroom #2 - One Queen Bed and one rollaway Single Bed in closet Bedroom #3 - Two Twin Beds (not rollaways) You will have the full cabin for yourself during your trip. There is a separate detached studio apartment above the garage area, where our handyman lives full time with his overly friendly dog! If any issues arise during your stay, you will have somebody literally next door who can help! Please note: Indoor wood burning fireplace is not available during fire season, which is typically June through October, but can change at any time depending on local county official guidelines. Please do not light any fire at the property, or 911/Sheriff’s Department will be called out. Thank you for helping us keep our area safe from wildfire devastation. Propane BBQ's and propane fire pits excluded. Since this home has central heating, we don't provide firewood. Since the cabin was built in the 1890's, please note that it has an incredible amount of old mountain charm, and is not a brand new home.
