Endless waterfront fun in the sun awaits at this incredible lakefront home! The perfect choice for a group getaway shared with friends or family, the property features a large, waterfront yard with plenty of room to spread out. A private dock and community boat launch provide easy access to the water, and there's plenty of space for boat and trailer parking. You can also swim or fish from the dock, and you'll find an assortment of rods and tackle available for use during your stay. A shaded, waterside seating area includes a wood-burning chiminea and there's also a firepit lounge on the patio. The home comes well-appointed with features including a full kitchen, a smart TV, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. <b>House Rules</b> Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Boats may not be moored/anchored overnight. Boat launch access is subject to water levels which may fluctuate on a daily basis.
