There are lots of options for activities with exclusive property amenities including community swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, nature trails, a multi-use path, and access to Bob Sikes Cut. The exterior of this home offers concrete parking under the home and a private boardwalk to the sandy shore with wonderful built-in benches to take in the views. At the end of the day, enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower. A fish cleaning area and gas grill are provided for your fresh catch. The first level of this home offers everyone’s sleeping quarters, each with its own TV.
