Property information

Located amid an intimate collection of exclusive vacation rentals, the 445-square-foot Santa Rosa suite is in a semi-private wing on the second floor of the historic Hitchcock House. Stroll just one block to the famed East Beach. Or, ride bikes to downtown and Sterns Wharf. Kick back in front of the decorative electric fireplace and watch a movie on a 32" TV. Enjoy morning coffee at the coffee table. The suite also includes a desk, a mini refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. After a fun-filled day at the beach, enjoy an afternoon cookout on the shared patio, complete with a gas grill and ample table seating, as well as several benches and lounge chairs. Your vacation rental is less than one mile from the Santa Barbara Zoo, which features 500 animals over 30 acres. Ride the Zoo Train, feed the giraffes, see live stage shows, and take a behind-the-scenes tour. Walk or pedal along the beach path 1.4 miles to Stearns Wharf, one of Santa Barbara's most popular attractions.
