Newly renovated villa less than 2 miles from the beach, Pacific City, and Main St. Private entrance, gated community, recessed lighting throughout... large open concept living space with dining, attached to a uniquely designed out kitchen area that is fully equipped with utensils for a comfortable stay. Large outdoor patio space with a grill, and a community pool right outside the patio gate. Mingle with others, or enjoy your private space in this cozy 2b/1b villa - minutes from the beach! This villa is newly renovated with lighting, flooring, carpet, and more throughout. Large open concept living space with a large smart TV with Netflix, a dining area, kitchen equipped with all the essentials for a home cooked meal, and plenty of space for friends and family to spend time together, indoors or outdoors. There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed - both bedrooms have large closets. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs with Netflix. The bathroom has nice modern touches with a walk-in tiled shower, stand alone sink, and a medicine cabinet. Laundry is next to the kitchen, both a washer and dryer, with laundry supplies.

You are provided one assigned parking space within the gated community - otherwise there is plenty of free street parking right outside the villa. This villa is close to everything! You are minutes away from the grocery store, many restaurants, Pacific City, Main St. and more. This villa is also under 30 minutes away from local big attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. San Diego and Los Angeles are about one hour away. Looking to rent a boat, or go on a boat tour? You are about 10 minutes away from rental shops in Newport Beach that can take you on 2 hour tours, or even to Catalina Island for the day!
