Please note: We had to block some late summer and early fall months at this time as we have an unexpected possibility of a family member who needs temporary housing. We apologize if you had attempted a booking for those dates. Whole house with Master Bedroom in a 3 bedroom home. It is completely private. A short walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Amusement Park and downtown. 1 Queen, 2 Full beds, extra room with mattress. Sleeps up to 6/7. Note: we prefer 2+ night stays in the busy season i.e. Spring/Summer/Fall. No parties on site.
Hi, our home was built in the 1950s and we've tried to keep the original look as much as possible, so it has some creeks and dents here and there, but it is safe and solid structurally. It has been in the family since 1997 and we have hosted guests on and off for over 15 years now. In the process we've learned a lot about what most guests want in a home. Cleanliness, convenience, basic functionality, and a safe/secure house.
Quiet chill neighborhood, located on a one-way street, very little traffic, plenty of parking. Neighbors are mixed mostly students and young families.
