Very comfortable space ! It took 30 min to get to Disneyland and 1.5hrs to get to Sea World. You can walk to restaurants and a pharmacy from the house. Loved the nearby park. There are kids toys and the best part was the kitchen had basic supplies ! Salt, pepper, oil, spices and basic toiletries were provided. Orange tree in the backyard, nice space to lounge in the sunshine. Book without hesitation this is a great house !

Private, single family house, in exclusive Heartwell Park neighborhood, quiet serene holiday home is on a cul du sac and is comprised of two separate buildings. One, the front house is a three bedroom one bath house featuring hardwood floors, two smart TVs bathroom with a tub and the kitchen. The other, in the back, is a "mother in law apartment" or a "bonus room" with a bedroom, living room, 50 inch smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower. Each have their own entrance. Our property is within three blocks of Heartwell Park, near Disney Land and Knotts Berry Farm, beaches entertainment etc. No parties are allowed as this is a residential neighborhood. Besides having "vigilant neighbors", there are noise monitors in the property and an outside camera. Guests must be at least 24 years old and be part of the group renting the property.
I spent 6 years as a child living in the South Pacific. Then we moved to South Florida where I grew up. I met my Bride to be Monika in California at university. After graduating from California Maritime Academy Monika and I moved to Long Beach, got married, had kids and bought this property, our children were all born in Long Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed this neighborhood and have many fond memories of living there. After Long Beach, we moved back to South Florida living there for three years until accepting a job in Central America (Guatemala and Panama). We moved to Guatemala and lived there for 14 years, then moved to Panama for over 6 years, raising our family. After 20 years living in Central America we returned to South Florida, where we now live. We are available through e mail, phone or chat.
Heartwell park is a large multiacre park running the length of Carson Blvd. Heartwell Park has jogging trails, a large pond, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There is also Heartwell Golf course adjoining. There is also "Wardlow Park which is a smaller park with a playground, picnic areas, children's spray pool as well as other park activities. House has private parking for one car and street parking as needed and available. There is no cost for parking.
